I need two guys who are looking for consistent long-term cash work. I'm flexible on the hours, you could be looking for 20-24 hours a week or 40+, I can probably give you the hours you need. Prefer to keep within 9am and 7pm though. You'd be tending to the things in and outside house (like pressure washing), small projects (like putting together furniture), opportunity for larger things (like replacing a broken tile, light switch, or helping update a bathroom) or help find someone else. Everything from the lawn, pool, dogs, run some errands, you name it. After 6 months if you need on paper-work, we can talk about it. I'm pretty easy going, don't like the rush, big on respect. I'm not hands on, I prefer to task things out, agree on a timeline, and leave you alone. Take care of those who take care of you. I'm open to those with background issues if you can show you're moving in a positive direction. You do need to know how to swim (in case you fall in) and not be fearful of dogs.
