Licensed contractor needed for exterior renovations. Bay window and roofing trim is to be removed and replaced with new trim. (trim typed example attached) - Open to stucco, or PVC trim. - White aluminum for fascia capping - Roofing trim is to be painted if removal is unneeded - White window trim good as is - Bay window trim may need to be detailed and/or painted if desired color is unavailable in the market - All brick on the exterior of the 2nd and 3rd floor are to remain as is. Exterior of the first floor is to be repaired (where needed) and painted up to the base of the bay windows. - Few bricks missing - Nails and screws to be removed from walls - Old signage taken down and holes patched - Window bars to be taken down Balconies to be renovated - Plastic railings to be replaced with wood - ceiling wooden planks above each baloney to be reinforced or replaced. - Balcony walls and ceilings to be painted Several exterior lights are to be installed - 2 lights are to be installed on the ground floor, 1 for the commercial entrance and 1 for residential. - 1 light is to be installed outside the door of each balcony. - Several flood lights are to be installed above the ground floor on the exterior of the building.
