We offer hassle-free sign and lockbox management to real estate brokerages and their agents so that they can focus on what they do best, building relationships with their clients. Any real estate company or agent can request service in Texas, Florida, Georgia, Tennesse, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Indiana. Job Description Our company installs real estate signs and other inventory for real estate brokerages including Opendoor, Redfin, Compass, Offerpad, and Door. Each day, you will pick up your inventory at the storage. Your work will include following a service route, installing and removing real estate signs at residential properties, and ending each day at our storage facility. Hours available Work is completed during daylight hours only. You will have the flexibility to complete the route anytime during daylight hours. Available hours: Approximately 15 to 20 hours per week. Available days: 2 to 3 days per week (between Mon - Fri). Job Requirements This is not a temporary position. Valid driver's license and insurance. Have a great attitude! Punctual, and detail-oriented. Have reliable transportation (Prius or similar small vehicle preferred).
