Please read full description of the perfect candidate for the job I'm hiring for.. Searching for a carpenter who's hungry to work and ready to make good money. Paying $20 an hour plus job security for a hard working Carpenter. I have enough work to keep someone busy for a year, possibly longer. Job will consist of installing Hardie siding, basic framing and trim work. You'll never have to go fetch supplies, I'll handle that. Job is located in Holly Springs Once the Holly Springs Job is complete we have 12 rental properties that need unfitting to be rented out. I just had to let go of my carpenter that couldn't ever show up on time. He had to fill up his tire up to get to work, then fill it up to get home. Would bring his wife to work. Would set around and play on his phone. Made up every excuse in the book on why he couldn't show up to work on time. I paid him good money. I have no idea what he was doing with all of his money. Do's 1. Show up on time 2. Must be familiar with installing Hardie siding 3.Be ready to work, hustle and get the job done 3. Have your own tools, if there is a tool you don't have you can use one of mine. 4. Be physically able to climb ladders Don'ts 1. Don't show up to work at noon 2.
