I’m moving to LA at the end of April or May, as soon as I can find a place really. I make 6 figures, and I have decent credit. However 6 years ago, while in college i co-signed for a family member that led to me having an eviction on my rental history. I’m willing to Pay A deposit, first and last month rent. Looking for a 1 BR, but I’ll take a 2 BR or a studio.
