Title of the position- Installer • Department- Onsite/ Bus Crew • Reports to- Foreman • Consults with- Foreman and President • Term of employment- at will • Overall responsibility-Responsible for installing gutters and downspouts and cleaning up job sites. Installers must be able to coordinate work with others and do quality work in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. • Key areas of responsibility- • Associate will be responsible for installing gutters and downspouts • Coordinate installation with co-workers • Expedite materials/ tools on job sites • Coordinate clean-up of job sites • Reads estimates and interprets data, including downspout locations and type and amount of downspouts • Qualifications- • Recommended HS Diploma or GED equivalent • Effective Communicator with associates, customers, suppliers and business partners • Proven leadership experience preferable in a team or participative management environment • Effective resolution and decision-making skills • Function independently • Effective use of ladders, small hand tools • Safe use of ladders and all tools • Attitudes • High Level of ethical integrity and corporate professionalism • Values diversity, “thinking outside the box” • Respect the strengths in all team members • Furthers training or education to maintain current skills and develop new skills • High level of motivation and willingness to motivate other PSMI associates • Follows company policies and regulations • Always promotes Pinnow Sheet Metal Inc. in a positive light, (corporate, safety, future et al) § TEAMWORK – Works collaboratively with fellow employees and others to achieve identified goals and objectives. § DEPENDABILITY – Consistently adheres to the set work schedule. § TIMELINESS – Consistently produces work in a timely fashion. § SELF-MANAGEMENT – Sets own priorities, regularly completing work on schedule.
