Seeking Part-time help, 2 days per week (possibly more) between 2 homes in Glover (on Shadow Lake) & Greensboro (on Caspian Lake). Various "handyman" & other duties on interior & exterior of the home. Duties may include: gathering garbage/compost/recycling & removing from property, collecting dog poo from yard, stacking firewood in wood shed, misc tasks on interior (putting up hooks/shelves/hanging pictures, minor household repairs to kitchen/bathroom/etc, cleaning off porches, checking & replacing exterior lightbulbs, cleaning spiderwebs off exterior of house, blowing off patios/docks, setting up/cleaning off patio furniture/grilling equipment, etc; if interested: occasional shuttling of guests or homeowner to/from Burlington Airport, taking dogs to appointments, driving for misc tasks. Opportunity for this person to also take care of lawn mowing, if interested. Basic handyman skills, ability to lift heavy items without issue, valid driver's license & dependable vehicle are a must (preferably having a pickup truck or a van). Flexibility is important. Possibly a great job for a retired person looking to stay busy. Flexibility with hours & starting pay, depending on level of skills applicable to the position. Starting in mid-April.
