Description
Family dog looking for new home. Forever commitment would be ideal. (This is her actual picture.) ***PLEASE READ all before emailing with your local contact number for a call back to discuss. $250 rehoming fee. Shepherd - trained and great with people and pets. Always loved and treated respectfully. Still young and would like to encourage continued training. 3 yrs old. Is crate trained, leash trained, potty trained, loves to hike, bath and brush comfortable, and loves her walks. Knows a couple tricks like hops up front legs into a chair with her front paws when you say "brush" and stands to be brushed and a few other rick commands... Knows other commands like sit and down. Very smart and loving. Was never spayed and this is requested. No breeding is desired. $200 returned once proof of spay receipt copy is sent from vet to email and confirmed. Comes with her crate, premium food, dishes, bedding, leashes and collars, toys. We are requesting you keep her name as she was trained with it. She is a talker...meaning she makes a lot of doggy noises to communicate. She also tends to bark if left alone for more than a couple hours unless another is home as her buddy. (She does not have anxiety if left alone.) She is a partner dog and is not meant to be alone for long hours. If someone works long hours during the week but then had weekends off to go hiking and finally has time for her - this is NOT ideal. She is used to interaction on a consistent basis through out each day of the week. Perfect companion for someone who works from home. Apartment living is probably not the right fit for her. A home with a yard and plenty of exercise is better. She is 100% doggy door trained. ***Looking for good, local, home that wouldn't mind staying in touch and would sign a contract to be resold, bred, or given away without contacting us first for opportunity to buy her back for same price. We are moving to a town home for 14 months and she is not able to come with us. (Dog grew up with tween. They are very attached to each other and would like to stay in touch. This would be mentally healthy for both the dog and the girl.) No shelters, we will find her a good home.
