Female Calico Fixed and Declawed

I have a 4 yr old female calico cat that I have to rehome. I can't find a place to rent because I have a cat. So I have had to make the difficult decision to rehome her. She will come with a reallly nice Frisco 72-in Faux Fur Cat Tree & Condo. also comes with pet stairs and window perch i just purchased less than a year ago. She loves her cat tree. She has never been around other cats or dogs so I do not know how she would do. She is fixed and front declawed and had all her shots. She weighs about 14 lbs.
