On-Site Staffing Services is seeking 2 experience Pond Maintenance Cleaner for a company out in Wales, WI. You will be traveling throughout Wisconsin (not using own vehicle). Pay: $18.00/hour Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am to 3pm (latest would be 6pm) & Fridays could be off or half day. The Pond Maintenance Cleaner performs tasks involving intensive physical labor to build water features. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Excavation of pond • Hook up plumbing, bio falls and skimmer • Install liner and underlayment • Rock in pond • Build waterfall • Install underwater lighting • Wash rocks and fill pond • Trim and hide liner, bring in topsoil and mulch • Thoroughly clean area • Assist with loading and unloading work trucks with product and tools • Perform any other tasks as assigned • Communicate with customers in a friendly and helpful manner • Discuss pond maintenance • Perform pond maintenance and repairs • Comply with company safety policy, procedures, and practices • Dress for the weather (prefer Rain Gear with Rain boots.) T-shirt and any other PPE gear will be provided by the Company. • Must be able to work in rain weather • Ability to travel to multiple site locations to meet the needs of the business • Must have a reliable transportation. • Able to lift to 85 lbs. • Must be able to bend, stoop, and squat throughout an 8 – 10 hours shift • Willing to get hands dirty and work in all kinds of weather • Safety-conscious • Good communication skills • Knowledge of pond industry a plus but not required • Must be able to pass a background and drug screening COME IN AND APPLY!
