Come join our team this season and help us provide beauty to our community. Our nursery sells trees, shrubs, perennials, and grasses in Colorado Springs, CO. When you join our nursery, you will be outside in Colorado’s amazing spring, summer, and fall weather, while working with an amazing team of people. Your job will include; unloading incoming shipments of trees and plants, loading customers, basic care for nursery stock, tagging orders, helping customers, and other tasks throughout the nursery. Seasonal positions start in March and run sometime through the Fall, depending on the weather. We are looking for both full time and part time positions. Full year employment may be available for the right person. Health Insurance, HSA contributions, Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, 401k with company match, and profit sharing are available to those who qualify. Pay will range from $15.00-$17.00 per hour based on experience and/or performance. We also have a scholarship program for high school seniors and college students after they complete their second full summer working at our nursery. You must be 17 years of age or older; 18 to operate equipment. You must be capable of lifting 100lbs repeatedly. If interested, please apply in person at the nursery.
