gardener for one off and / or seasonal small yard

Looking for a gardener for a small (townhome sized) yard. Will accept one time help now, and also regular (few times a year) help for maintenance. Need now: - Hauling off old dirt, laying some mulch Need seasonally: - Pruning (<10ft trees) - Replanting as needed - Mulch laying - Setting / Disabling watering system Its a small townhome yard, I can send pictures. Will pay whatever you need to make it happen. For the one time (need now) anyone willing can come help, small truck and about an hour of work. For regular maintenance would prefer someone who knows how to prune (etc) but its pretty simple stuff.
