Position Summary As a Construction Crew Leader with Carolina Home Exteriors, you will be responsible for leading a crew to construct sunrooms, screen enclosures, porch and patio covers, and other CHE projects. Our Construction Crew Leaders are paid $20-$25/hour depending on experience This is a full-time position that includes benefits. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Supervise construction crew 5-6 days a week • Comply with safety procedures and wear Personal Protective Equipment • Comply with fleet Preventative Maintenance Program and written checklist • Adhere to Jobsite Conduct Agreement • Install projects to engineer design and building code specifications • Maintain real time communication with Production Manager and customers • Achieve daily productivity job standards • Ensure quality project build • Reduce material waste and return materials • Develop Installer/Helpers skills Qualifications and Requirements: • Minimum 5-10 years experience in hands-on residential construction • Specialty aluminum framing and conventional framed construction experience required • Availability for 5-6 days per week • Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check • Ability to lift 50-75 pounds frequently Company Overview Carolina Home Exteriors (CHE) is celebrating 40 years as the Carolinas' premiere source for outdoor living spaces and custom designed: Sunrooms, Screen Enclosures, Porch and Patio Covers, Pool Enclosures, Hurricane Protection, and Custom Home Additions.
