Position Summary As a Home Addition Subcontractor with Carolina Home Exteriors, you will lead a crew to construct sunrooms, screen enclosures, porch and patio covers, and other CHE projects with your crew of at least 2. Our Pool Enclosure Subcontractors are paid $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience and productivity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Construct assigned projects 5-6 days a week with crew • Comply with safety procedures and wear Personal Protective Equipment • Adhere to Jobsite Conduct Agreement • Install projects to engineer design and building code specifications • Support real time communication with Construction Manager and customers • Achieve daily productivity job standards • Ensure quality project build Qualifications and Requirements: • Knowledge of manufacturing and fabricating finished aluminum products • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings • Ability to calculate material measurements and layout • Expert knowledge and hands-on residential construction experience • Specialty aluminum framing and conventional framed construction experience • Availability for 5-6 days per week • Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check • Ability to lift 50-75 pounds frequently Company Overview Carolina Home Exteriors (CHE) is celebrating 42 years as the Carolinas' premiere source for outdoor living spaces and custom designed: Sunrooms, Screen Enclosures, Porch and Patio Covers, Pool Enclosures, Hurricane Protection, and Custom Home Additions.
