We are looking to employ a dedicated crew leader to supervise the activities of cleaning crew members and ensure that customers are satisfied with cleaning quality and service. The crew leader responsibilities will include making sure that the account is cleaned according to the cleaning schedule, making sure things are done in a timely and efficient manner, and keeping track of supplies and reporting shortages. Crew Leader Requirements: *Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. * High school diploma or GED *Strong management skills. *Excellent organizational and time management skills. *Effective communication skills. *Exceptional customer service skills.
