Task will include Apt turnovers plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical work and janitorial /daily maintenance Applicant should have good communication skills as well as the ability to diagnose problems that arise in the building and complete necessary repairs. -Must Have tools -Must have van or truck -must have at least 3 years experience -must have ability to use smart phone Salary 42,000 a year
