Roofing Foreman: Position Purpose and Primary Objectives A roofing foreman is responsible for leading a roofing crew to perform work safely and productively per specifications and to the standards of the company and customer, as well as: · Provide leadership to a crew—fostering safety, teamwork and discipline—resulting in efficient and professional roofing installation · Effectively manage labor, materials, equipment and administrative work Department: Roofing Department Supervisor: Roofing Superintendent Employment Status: Full Time 40+ Hours Compensation: Starting at $27.50 - $30.00 per hour based on experience Roofing Mechanic: Position Purpose and Primary Objectives A roof mechanic is responsible for working as part of a team to complete roofing work. Department: Roofing Department Supervisor: Roofing Superintendent Direct Supervisor: Roofing Crew Foreman Employment Status: Full Time 40+ Hours Compensation: Starting at $20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience Roofing Apprentice: Position Purpose and Objectives A laborer/apprentice is an entry-level employee responsible for working as part of a team to complete roofing work.
