Windows & Doors Project Manager: Position Purpose and Primary Objectives A windows and doors project manager is responsible for leading windows and doors foreman to perform work safely and productively per specifications and to the standards of the company and customer. · To provide leadership to foremen—fostering safety, teamwork and discipline—resulting in efficient and professional roof system installation · To provide consistently high-quality service and results · To represent the company in a professional manner in all dealings with customers, personnel and the public · To effectively manage all aspects of production to meet company and project goals Department: Windows and Doors Direct Supervisor: General Manager Employment Status: Full Time 40+ Hours Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience Carpenter: Position Purpose and Primary Objectives A window and door carpenter is responsible for working as part of a team to complete window and door installation. Department: Windows and Doors Department Supervisor: Windows and Doors Project Manager Direct Supervisor: Windows and Doors Crew Foreman Employment Status: Full Time 40+ Hours Compensation: Starting at $20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience Carpenters Apprentice: Position Purpose and Objectives A laborer/apprentice is an entry-level employee responsible for working as part of a team to complete window and door installation. Department: Windows and Doors Department Supervisor: Windows and Doors Project Manager Direct Supervisor: Windows and Doors Crew Foreman Employment Status: Full Time 40+ Hours Compensation: Starting at $15.00 per hour
