Driver/Detail crew leader needed for busy, growing lawn maintenance and landscaping company in Tampa.
We are looking for motivated, professional, hard-working individuals to remain full time throughout the year, not just seasonal, for our lawn maintenance department. Must be able to effectively communicate in English language. Bi-lingual is a plus!
*Driver position - Must have CLEAN driving record.
*Looking for driver/laborers for the lawn maintenance detail department.
*Drivers - Must be able to drive truck and trailer.
*Must have transportation to and from work.
*Must be reliable and able to work with others as a team.
*Crew leader position - ensure crew meets projected man hour allowance and completes scheduled work. The crew leader is the quality control for the crew, ensuring all work is done to company standards. Also, overseeing that company rules and safety measurements are adhered to.
