4 yr Old Exotic Pocket Bully

I have a 4 year old black, male exotic pocket bully. Very sweet, good with kids, good with other dogs but always introduce with caution. I have always done this with any dog. Due to unforeseen circumstances with previous owner well known to me, I now have him but I cannot keep him. Previous owner paid $3,000 but prefer to personally discuss rehoming fee. Hes so sweet but hasn't had the best care at times, I know he is papered but I cannot provide those and he most likely needs booster shots and possibly rabies shots.
