**RESTORATION TECHNICIAN WANTED**

Summary: Property damage restoration company that specializes in water/fire clean up and mold remediation. We are looking to hire 2 lead technicians that can manage projects and crews. This position is available for immediate hire. Experience in water damage, fire damage and mold remediation is required. 3+ years experience in the field is preferred (not required). Our company wants a team player who can work well with others on any project. Competitive compensation based on experience. Normal operating hours are; Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. **This is subject to change on occasion based on that specific days work volume** - Paid national holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas). - Eligible for vacation pay (1 week) after one year of employment. Requirements: - Valid drivers license - Participate on an on-call rotation - Capable of lifting 50+ lbs - Basic hand tools (prybar, hammer, screw drivers, utility knife) - Knowledgable in MICA software (not required but preferred) - IICRC WRT/ASD certified (not required but preferred) Please contact me if you have any questions.
