RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL: Role consists of helping and learning from a Senior Systems Technician. At times, after trained would be responsible for monitoring/operating a Building Automation System and associated Mechanical/Electrical Systems. Would report directly to the Senior Systems Tech onsite. The following are the job requirements: • Be professional in front of customer and other building occupants. • Be able to utilize basic hand tools, Meter, Ladders, etc. • Be able to utilize basic computer systems, Windows, Excel, Word. • Be willing/able to learn the ins and outs of the controls trade and related mechanical electrical systems. • Be willing/able to work with other tradesmen. • Clear communication skills both written and verbal. • Be able to obtain/maintain a US Govt. Secret Clearance. • Must be able to work independently after being trained. • Construction/Trade experience preferred but not required.
