Do you have Schizophrenia, or Schizoaffective Disorder? You May Participate in a Research Study if:  I am between the ages of 18 and 65  I am willing to take an FDA approved antipsychotic medication.  I do not have an allergy to clozapine Reimbursement for travel expenses and time for: - 3 initial outpatient visits (2-3 hours total) - 24 weekly outpatient visits - Questionnaires and blood draws
