Install grab bars. WingIts?

I need someone to install 4 grab bars in a tile shower. 2 of the grab bars are 2 feet, 1 is 16 inches and 1 is 18 inches. Each grab bar comes with six 2 inch screws. Will these screws do the job or should I buy WingIts? WingIts are quite expensive and I'd like to save the expense if I can. Please give me your opinion about the need for WingIts.
