BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — The New Jersey Department of Health announced 24 new cases of the coronavirus as of 1 p.m. on Thursday. Total positive cases in the county have now reached 19,950, probable deaths have reached 268 and confirmed deaths from COVID-19 have reached 1,762. Across the state, 176,501 cases have been reported and 13,691 people have died from the coronavirus. The county released updated total for all county municipalities on Tuesday. They are as follows. Ramapo College will allow limited in-person instruction, but most students will begin the fall in a remote learning environment.
