Full time groundskeeper for the Millenia area Apartment Community. Starting pay is $13 an hour plus great benefits after initial period. Responsibilities are: Keep the grounds and common areas of property clean and attractive, maintain a respectful relation with other staff members and all public in general, pick up litter and trash on grounds, replace light bulbs for outside lighting, pressure wash sidewalks and buildings as directed, clean around the dumpsters, and assist with emergency maintenance as needed. Working Conditions: Work is generally conducted in an outdoor environment. Employee must be able to tolerate outdoor conditions for their assigned work schedule, must be able to safely lift and carry weights up to 65 pounds without assistance and walk, bend, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed. Drivers License Preferred.
