Lawns And Gardens Landscaping, provides comprehensive landscaping for managed communities, multi-family housing developments, office parks, and shopping centers. Lawns And Gardens Landscaping is seeking a highly motivated individuals for a Landscape Crew. Wage offering $18-$25 will depend on the level of experience and skills Job Description & Requirements • Knowledge of landscape maintenance • Landscape maintenance and snow removal services • Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions • Work 8-10 hours a day in outside environment • Need to follow all company polices, standards and safety guidelines • Ability to communicate with clients to resolve issues as needed • Ability to identify site needs to ensure a well maintained property • NJ Pesticide license not required but a plus • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more • Must be able to work 4-5 days a week with possible weekend hours if needed • 18 years or older • Must have a personal smart phone with a data plan • Must have a valid NJ Driver’s License • The ability to drive a truck with an enclosed landscape trailer • Ability to operate construction equipment not required but a plus
