Dance and Flex Fitness Party will be a fun filled morning with dancing, music, and raising money for CASA of Western Maryland! Every person who participates will receive a goody bag! Our instructor for the event is Melissa Hankinson! All levels of fitness are welcome! This event is recommended for teens and up!
