Join us for an evening of gentle movement, zen meditation and blissful sound healing led by Chloe Ravel. Turn up your self-care game with a mind-body reset that will support you in finding balance and relaxation while strengthening your connection to your inner-self 🧘🏽‍♀️💫 The fusion of the modalities in this sound healing experience is shown to support regulating the nervous system, improving sleep and boosting overall well-being. 6-6:30pm: set an intention, sip & shop tea/elixirs from Conscious Brew and receive a cranial reset massage from our favorite local masseuse, Janelle Smiley of Sweat, Stretch and Soothe (suggested donation $5) 6:30pm - Gentle Yoga and Crystal Sound Bath + Aromatherapy with Chloe 7:30-8pm community hangs, oracle cards, and more delicious tea, elixirs and cranial massages *wear comfortable clothing.
