If I constantly heard that I was rooting for the wrong team, and I had a modicum of intelligence, I might do some serious introspective thinking. Like: is my team ALL white? Do I only associate with white people? Do I make racist statements to my white friends? Do I only read biased news? Do I believe the election was really stolen, or is it a convenient hook on which to hang my authoritarian beliefs? Do I believe my authority figures over well educated doctors and scientists? IF YOU ANSWERED YES TO JUST ONE, THEN YOU ARE THE ONE WHO IS BETRAYING AMERICA! You must consider that possibility, the possibility of “What If you have been wrong?” If you cannot take that challenge without immediately telling yourself: “I’m not wrong!”…there’s your sign! Anytime you are so convinced that you don’t need to examine how you reached your conclusions you are always wrong! An intelligent person should always be capable of introspection. “Introspection gives you access to understanding yourself, self reflection lets you process what you learn, and insights are the answers you come up with and that you can act upon. Through self awareness, you become less likely to veer off track when difficult emotions surface.” “ Introspection is used today in therapy for people looking within themselves, figuring out who they are and what behaviors help or hinder them. The role of introspection in therapy is to help people come to terms with what's working for them and what isn't.” “ Self-introspection or looking inward is an important part of self-awareness and can help people gain insight into their own feelings and behavior. By implementing self-introspection practices we will gain a greater sense of self, better relationships, and stronger decision-making skills.” Try it, it can change your life for the better. If you have a breakthrough, you will be amazed at where it takes you. (No, serena, you have no hope of change because you are incapable of the task. Your racism is ingrained.)
