Stretch Therapy is a powerful wellness modality that combines aspects of yoga, Thai massage and assisted athletic stretching. Grab a partner, spouse or friend and join us as we learn more about stretching with a partner. Each person will have the opportunity to be the "Giver" and "Receiver" of a series of stretches. Come for an evening of learning, fun and relaxation. Please bring yoga mats. (Mats for rent or sale in studio.)
