Job Responsibilities Our Company is seeking a full time landscape maintenance foreman with experience in general cleanups, pruning/planting shrubs, perennials, trees, sod, mulching and especially managing crews. This foreman position would oversee large maintenance and installation of high quality landscapes. The foreman must have the ability to lead a crew in maintenance. Responsibilities include assuring efficient completion of projects, managing crew, training crew members, supervising and training the use of tools/equipment. ▪ Tracking and recording of hours ▪ Great communication with crew and clients ▪ Maintaining truck, equipment and tools ▪ Experience in cleanups, irrigation, stonework, hardscape and design experience PLUS! Job duties include but not limited to ▪ Supervise crew ▪ Manage maintenance and installation of landscape ▪ Installation of trees, shrubs, plants, rock and mulch ▪ Installation and maintenance of irrigation ▪ Supervise use of heavy equipment, equipment and tools ▪ Operation of heavy equipment dingo, skid steer, trencher, auger ▪ Operation of backpack blower, handheld trimmer, gas and pole hedge trimmer, chainsaw, weed eater/string trimmer, stump grinder, ▪ Pruning, deadheading, cleanups Incentives ▪ Signing bonus after first full 30 days ▪ Pay determined by experience ▪ Pay increase based on performance ▪ Career advancement potential ▪ Biweekly direct deposit ▪ Company uniform ▪ Seasonal bonus opportunities and snow removal ▪ Referral bonus ▪ Great clients ▪ Great team members ▪ Plenty of work!
