Each meeting will feature a unique speaker discussing a wide range of topics such as: their business strategies, successes and struggles, and how marketing and design can elevate a business as a whole. Doors open at 8:30am, presentation starts at 9am. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ Our Speaker: Tarita PrestonLife and Business CoachA Chicago native, Tarita is passionate about people and purpose. She works as a Life and Business Coach helping leaders and teams improve communication, creativity, accountability and emotional intelligence. Tarita honed her skills in leadership and coaching by working in a number ofchallenging environments as an HRBP for General Electric. She provided guidance to senior managers during plant closings, national union negotiations and establishing a shared services organization. Prior to joining GE, Tarita held an array of positions in and outside of the United States. She worked in London, as a Parliamentary Assistant at the UK Parliament. In that role she provided research and analysis for several parliamentary legislations related to domestic and foreign affairs. She was an English Teacher in South Korea and a Program Monitor for the State of Illinois Department of Human Services. She holds two Masters Degrees from the University of Illinois at Champaign –Urbana. In her free time, Tarita writes a monthly column for the Cincinnati Enquirer/USA Today on all things personal growth related. She is a guest lecturer at the University of Cincinnati College of Law and the University of Illinois School of Labor Employment Relations in Urbana-Champaign. She is a Board Member of Adopt - A- Class Organization, InfoTrust LLC, Findlay Market Corporation and Northern Kentucky Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Mike spent about two years restoring the building, creating Headquarters Historic Event Center, and his personal loft/residence on the second floor. The building features rustic hardwood floors, original tin ceilings, beautiful exposed brick, and will give you the perfect backdrop for your next event.
