Pine Knoll Nursing Center is a family owned nursing center located in scenic Lexington. Laundry Worker Position available include : Full-Time Position Available(32-40 hours) We Will train the right Candidates and New Hires Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing in the English Language Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that the laundry for the building is performed daily. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Performs laundry procedures in accordance with facility standards, procedures and policies -Observes waste disposal procedures in accordance with facility policy -Is able to follow directions from Directors and Administration -Assists in the proper care and use of housekeeping equipment -Identifies and reports any equipment malfunction -Reports any observed area in poor repair -Dispenses laundry to rooms and storage areas -Assist with other aundry duties -Transport soiled laundry from resident units to main laundry -Respond to all residents, family members, and staff in a courteous, patient, and helpful manner Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Come be part of our family!.
