Description
Looking for part-time grounds keeper for Statesville and Hickory apartment communities. Flexible hours. Must have drivers license and good driving record. Worker is responsible for driving 1-ton truck and must have ability to back a trailer. Part-time worker will have the following responsibilities:
- Lawn maintenance / mowing as required
- Weed maintenance as required
- Pressure wash buildings as required
- Daily trash pickup
- Prune trees and shrubs as required
- Backpack blowing of breezeways and parking lots
- Clean office and bathrooms
- Other landscaping / grounds keeping duties as required
$15-$25/hr DOE
