We will review strategies and ways to attain lending for luxury real estate with Lance W. Mackey the Managing Director and Relationship Manager at First Republic Bank. For the past 10 years Lance has worked with individuals, families, businesses and foundations to address both sides of a client’s balance sheet. Lance has 35 years of banking experience. Prior to joining First Republic, he worked for JP Morgan Chase, Citizens Bank and Bank of America. Earlier in his career, he worked for Boston Safe Deposit and Trust Company (now BNY Mellon). Lance has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western New England College. Enjoys skiing, golf and spending time outdoors. Currently he is the Treasurer and on the board of the Weekapaug Golf Club. With extensive experience and professional expertise Lance will be presenting facts, insights, strategies and concepts regarding bank lending. The presentation will be 40 minutes long with a Q&A at the end of the speech.
