Beginners League!!!!! Winchester BMX has been here for over 40 years. We are a newly non profit organization and believe in giving back where we started. A rotating group of our best experts will be on hand to work with your children and get them comfortable on the BMX track with a licensed coach. As well as all the info Parents and guardians need to get you started on a BMX journey. Tuesdays April 5, 12, 19, 26 @5:30-6:30 (option to do regular gate practice after class) Wednesdays April 6, 13, 20, 27 @6:00-7:00 Basic Skills include: - Pumping, Corners, Pedaling, Gates, Starts, 1st through 4th straights, Track position, Pack riding. Beginners League Includes: - Tuesday and Wednesday beginners league coaching with the option on Tuesdays to join in with others at or normally scheduled gate practice. - Number Plate - Beginners League Jersey - Discount Code to a local bike shop to help get you started - Gate practice punch card for use during our regularly scheduled Winchester gate practices. (you may use the punch card while your still in beginners league if your comfortable in the fuller gate practice or at any time in the year.) Please message the track on Facebook if you need to borrow a bike with your Childs approximate height and age subject to availability. Any street or park BMX bike without pedal brakes is acceptable for beginners league as well as mountain or dirt jumpers with kick stand and reflectors removed. We can help size you for a race bike.
