An hour of observation, mindfulness and meditation on the farm Join us for an hour of relaxation. We'll guide a mindfulness and meditative experience -- all in the company of horses. Beginners are most welcome! You can sit, stand, get close or hang back . . whatever is most comfortable for you. (And a horse won't take it personally:) Chairs provided (or BYO). Ages 14+. Covered areas mean we meet rain or shine!
