The Sun Ra Arkestra is an American jazz group formed in the mid-1950s. The group is considered a pioneer of afrofuturism. Legendary Afro-Futurist jazz group plays an intimate show at Wild Days, Eaton’s rooftop venue. The 14-member band is headed by saxophonist Marshall Allen, 97, one of the Arkestra’s founders.
