Come join us as we continue to disrupt the workplace status quo in the Capital Region! DisruptHR is a creative idea forum designed to energize and empower executives, leaders, people in the HR field and anyone who is passionate about talent and creating a work environment where people thrive. Originated in Cincinnati in 2013, this movement is built on the belief that as the workplace changes, so should the ways in which we engage, motivate and influence our teams. After a bit of disruption the last two year, we are back to host our 2nd event in the Capital Region! This is an opportunity for individuals who have a little rebel in them, are tired of the status quo, are curious about doing things differently, and who reimagine the future of work to come together and share experiences and ideas. The event will feature a limited number of speakers who have 5 minutes and 20 slides to share their ideas. Food provided, cash bar, and lots of time for catching up with old friends and making new ones. 5:30-6:30: Registration, food and conversation 6:30-7:30/8:00: Our “disruptive” speakers 8:00-8:30: Continue the conversations Ticket sales are final; however, if you are unable to attend we encourage you to give your ticket to a colleague or friend.
