Soups! with Chef David Stein
Join Chef for the first hands-on class in this series. A limited number of attendees will learn to create four soups – A Gazpacho, a cream, a broth-based, and a legume soup – utilizing seasonal products from Honest Weight.
Future classes will include stock and sauces, the Fun Guy on Fungi, building flavors with minimal salt, quick-sauteed entrees, and more!
David Stein is a well-seasoned (pun intended) chef with decades of experience. He's worked in various capacities from fine-dining to food trucks, hospitals to hotels, farm(s)-to-table, and campsites to candlelight. He has an AOS from the Culinary Institute of America and a BS in Culinary Management.
