Remove current deck - build new smaller deck

Description

We need to remove our original deck that is about 15 x 30 feet, and replace with a smaller wrap around deck with stairs and a railing. Looking for someone with a lot of deck building experience that's local to Hampstead area so we can get this done quickly and smoothly. Needs to be able to haul away old decking. There's also fence work to be done after this project. We can get started this weekend or anytime during the week is fine.
