In this free to the public Open House, you can check our studio out and there will be a free movement workshop, workout and several vendors with samples and big discounts. If you want to attend the movement workshop or free class this day, then either call us at 801-513-3903 or also please register at https://f45training.com/jordanlanding/home for the 3pm or 4pm slot for the movement workshop and 5pm for the HIIT training class. This will be required for the participation waiver. Otherwise you can feel free to come and go as you please.
