LOST small black and white dog

At sometime between 4-4:30pm he somehow got out of our backyard fence across the street from the livestock event center. His name is Billy he has no collar and is not micro chipped. He is black and white, all four paws are white and he looks as if he is wearing a little tux with a white collar. He's getting older in age so around his tush is starting to get some white hair as well. He is very friendly with people and dogs but will chase cats, he also only knows the command sit (barely) He was left to me by my late grandmother and means the world to me, please contact me at anytime with any information regarding him
