Moving isn't rocket science but it does require excellent problem solving and lineal thinking skills, good communication and teamwork to ensure safety, and a bad-ass swagger to muscle through some long summer days helping our community and neighbors move the things they cannot move themselves. You don't need to be overly big and tall and strong, just be an honest hard working person who is customer service oriented. We can teach you tricks and skills that you will also find useful later on down your path.. -Flexible Schedule (let us know what days you are not available). This is a part time job (15-25 hours/week) but has full time potential for those who can handle and want the work. Busy Season Is Here! -Weekly Payroll (every Friday) ; Pay is Hourly and depends on your performance, dependability, capabilities, learning curve, driver and vehicle eligibility, and other factors. We are generous at offering raises quickly to people who earn them! -WE EARN GREAT CA$H TIPS FROM HAPPY CU$TOMER$! Can range from $0-$100 or more PER JOB in our service industry oriented Portland Community. Quality Clients: Over 25% of our customers are returning customers with 10+ years in the industry.. -Additional Bonus and Cash Incentives: Heavy Item Bonuses, Review Bonuses, Same-Day Coverage Bonuses, etc.. Most of our crew members earn $25-$35 per hour or more all things considered any given day. Customers also like to give away nice stuff fairly often when they are moving. -Every job is different, Every day is different! Many of us enjoy being mobile and not stuck in some office or warehouse. City, Rural, Coast, Out-of-State: We will go anywhere a customer pays us to.. Some days are short and easy while other days may require 8+ hours of hard work and solving puzzles/problems as a team. -Quality Common-Sense Work Environment: Small Business and Family Oriented. As long as you are accountable and mature there won't be workplace issues.
