Join us and Yanawana Herbolarios in this free hands-on workshop featuring an informative botanical plant walk and tea talk at Confluence Park. Discover some of the medicinal properties of common plants found in our yards, gardens, and kitchens, how to make delicious, properly balanced medicinal tea, and how to make your own custom tea blend. All supplies are provided.

About Yanawana Herbolarios:
Yanawana Herbolarios is an Indigenous, woman-founded, queer-run organization serving communities in San Antonio, TX in the territory of the Yanaguana-Somi S'ek.
They are a mutual aid-run 501c3 nonprofit with a mission to share, preserve and honor cultural knowledge of the land and make it universally accessible as a means to empower and revive Indigenous living practices including medical botanical usage, water and land stewardship, and coming together in times of need.
They serve communities historically affected by systemic oppression including LGBTQIA, Indigenous, Black, Racialized, and the working class. Their programming is free, low-cost, or donation optional, and focuses on creating empowered sovereign communities.
