A poverty simulation made to honor and connect high-level frontline leaders to a caring church for support.
This is a very unique event where we would not only like to publicly say thank you to frontline leaders and their team for all they have done over the last two years but also introduce them to community leaders who want to support and compliment their hard work going forward. The morning of this event will include three components:
Recognition. This is a gathering of high-caliber leaders from every sector in several nearby communities, so we'll take some time, in the beginning, to introduce everyone and celebrate their work.
Shared Experience. We have a very unique experience (COPE) we're delighted to share with everyone that frontline educators use for professional development. This will help all of us see the last two years through one another's eyes, the eyes of our frontline staff, and of our neighbors so we fully understand how our roles fit together. It's shockingly effective at inspiring action, so we believe it will also inspire our frontline leader's community partners to come alongside them in exciting new ways.
Lunch and Next Steps. We'll close with a nice lunch where frontline leaders will be seated with other leaders who serve the same community so that table conversation can be focused on specific next steps we can take together. At that time, we'll share some tools that will be helpful to frontline leaders and their teams.
