Description
Ernie is a great companion dog, he is a giant schnauzer and standard poodle mix. He is 6 years old and weights approximately 90 lbs.
He is neutered and up to date with all shots.
Needs to be the single pet in the home, no small children, only grown ups.
Why is he up for adoption?
But first, The good:
Good companion on walks and hikes.
Likes to cuddle and will lay on the couch relaxed.
Overall sweet personality.
He knows basic commands like, sit, down, go lay down, leave it.
Good for someone with allergies because he doesn’t shed.
The bad:
Doesn't share with other dogs.
Has already had two bad incidents with chickens ( in which the chickens did not survive).
Has been peeing on our other smaller senior dogs.
He is great to us, just not to the other dogs, he was a rescued and now we are trying to find him a home that fits him better.
we are asking a rehoming fee of $150.
You are more than welcome to come and meet him and even take him for a few days to see if he and your family are a good fit.
