Description

Pop-up meditation hikes in the South Bay Join us for mindfulness meditation hikes. What does it mean to be mindful? Simply, it just means to fully attend to whatever you are doing in the present moment. Have you observed how often you're physically engaged in an activity but your mind is constantly thinking about something else, thus not being able to fully actualizing the present moment? Mindfulness meditation hikes tap into our innate ability to be fully present in whatever we are doing, be it work or play. Each walk will begin with a mindfulness technique instruction. Once we begin walking, we urge participants to refrain from talking as unnecessary chatter would detract from our meditation. Participants are free to socialize before or after our session.Small class group size: 6Hike duration: 30 minute; click "Select a Date" to view available dates.Pop-up meditation hikes are held rain or shine at scenic open space preserves mainly in the South Bay such as Rancho San Antonio Open Space Preserve, Montalvo Arts Center, Alviso Marina County Park, Mission Peak, etc.👉 7:30 AM Monday April 4 Sunrise Hike at Mission Peak Trail Head680 Stanford Ave, Fremont, CA 94539 This is a strenuous uphill hike w/ bay views.
