Join us for a scavenger hunt to celebrate our 40th birthday! $500 cash prize! Please join us Saturday, July 16th from 9 am to 12 noon for our Inaugural Deaf Action Center Scavenger Hunt to celebrate our 40th birthday. Teams of up to 6 will register to take part, and the game will be as follows: each team will receive the same list of 50 questions, clues, and riddles, and each item will have a specific point value based on the difficulty of the clue. The answer to each clue will be a location (mostly) in downtown Shreveport. When the team figures out the answer, they will then take a photo at the spot indicated. At 12:00PM noon we will meet at the Deaf Action Center for lunch and the judges will verify your scores. The team with the most points will take the grand prize: $500 cash. Additional prizes will be awarded for Cleverest Team Name, Most Creative Photo, and Best Team T-Shirt. Entrance fee for the scavenger hunt is $10 per person.
